excellent quality. arrived in pristine condition. works well except for plex app (keeps crashing). love the picture. better than expected. 2 usb ports, 2 hdmi ports.

Very good tv pictures clear and sound superb. I got 40” can’t go wrong with this price. Because it uses an optical output I did have to purchase a digital to analog audio converter to play sound through my amplifier.

Don’t buy this tv or anything from the manufacturer
The media could not be loaded.
I’ve never a had a worst experience with any other purchase than with this one.I got it in August and end of October it started glitching like crazy, it would either show an error right when I turn it on or will glitch and take me out of all of my accounts out of nowhere, later on it started flashing and turning it off itself.It was incredibly difficult to get in touch with the manufacturer and the communication started on Nov 5th and since then it’s been almost daily emails asking for evidence, reports, videos, etc… over and over again and giving the fabulous solution of unplug it and plug it again, which I’ve done numerous times and solves the issue for couple of days and then fails again.I’ve had faulty appliances before and everytime the response has been to send me a new product since the orginal one turn into trash basically but not with these guys, their solution was for me to buy it again and if they decide it’s faulty (even though I’ve shared a lot of evidence) then they will reimburse me.It was either that or look somewhere for a box like theirs which will take me god knows how much time and buy it on my dime and ship it to them or an insulting 15% (like $25) for “goodwill”Needless to say I’m not giving this company a single dollar and you shouldn’t either.

Great TV, annoying Blue light.
TV works great. Video quality seems great.Only complaint is that there is a standby blue light at the bottom of the TV that is VERY annoyingly bright. Other TVs we had have the option to turn down or OFF that blue light. This one doesn’t seem to have it. And I can’t tape over it as that is where it picks up the remote commands.

Wonderful customer service after being shipped a used broken TV twice
Update:Customer service with seller was very easy to work with, and helpful. Shipping warehouse facility finally sent me a new TV the third time. problem was with the shipping facility sending used TVs as new. Quality of TV is very good and easy to setup through Google account on phone. Am enjoying and happy with working TV.Bought this TV on sale, was very upset that I was shipped a used TV with a broken screen, no remote or mounting feet when I was expecting a new TV with an unopened box. Very poor quality check before product was shipped.

Does not pair with Blue Curve remote
This television has a beautiful sound and picture. The size seems smaller than expected but that’s only because the border around the viewing screen is so thin. The unit is light and easily moved or hung on a wall. The viewing experience is wonderful. However, the FPD brand is not fully recognized by my Blue Curve (Shaw/Exfinity) cable box. Even the cable company technician was unable to pair the remote with the tv. That means I am forced to play with two remotes in order to operate my tv. This is cumbersome and frustrating for those in my household. For some, this may not be an issue, but for me, it makes me regret choosing this brand.
