📦 How To Track Your Order

At BargainHarolds.ca, we want to keep you informed every step of the way. Once you place an order, we make it easy for you to track your package from our store to your door—no guessing, no stress.

🕐 Order Processing

After you place your order, our team gets to work right away! All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). As soon as your order is packed and ready to go, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and carrier information.

Please check your spam or promotions folder, or email us at support@bargainharolds.ca and we’ll re-send it right away.

🚚 Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you can track it anytime using one of the following methods:

1. Via Your Shipping Confirmation Email

  • Open the email titled “Your Order Has Shipped!”

  • Click on the tracking link provided in the email

  • It will take you directly to the carrier’s tracking page with real-time updates

2. Using Our Order Lookup Tool (Coming Soon)

  • Head over to our Track My Order page (if live)

  • Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout

  • You’ll instantly see the status of your package

3. Manual Tracking with Carrier

  • If you know your carrier (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, DHL, etc.)

  • Visit their website and enter your tracking number in their tracking tool

🌍 International Orders

If you're located outside of Canada, please allow extra time for customs processing and delivery. International tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after the order is shipped.

⏳ When to Expect Your Order

Here’s a general idea of delivery times after your order is shipped:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 4–10 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–21 business days

Please remember these are estimates, and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
