If you are not completely happy, we\u2019re here to help. Log in to your account, look to the left side of your order, and you should see a REFUND button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You have <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the date of delivery to request a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item must be <strong>unused, unworn, and in the same condition<\/strong> that you received it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item must be in its <strong>original packaging<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must provide a <strong>receipt or proof of purchase<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following items cannot be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clearance or final sale items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All food items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal care items (if opened)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To initiate a return, don&#8217;t hesitate to <span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">contact us at\u00a0<strong>suppor<\/strong><\/span>t@bargainharolds.ca\u00a0with your order number and the reason for the\u00a0return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is approved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will receive instructions on where to send your item<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers are responsible for <strong>return shipping costs<\/strong>, unless the item is defective or incorrect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive and inspect your return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Late or Missing Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your bank account again<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your bank<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at <strong><a>support@bargainharolds.ca<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We only replace items if they are <strong>defective or damaged<\/strong>.
