At Bargain Harolds, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help. Log in to your account, look to the left side of your order, and you should see a REFUND button.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • All food items
  • Personal care items (if opened)
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error

Return Process

To initiate a return, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@bargainharolds.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on where to send your item
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  • Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@bargainharolds.ca

Shipping Issues

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
